What The Property Bar Is

The Property Bar is an offline companion app for property-dealing card nights, built by AuraSocialLabs. This policy explains how the app handles information — in short, it doesn't collect any.

Information We Collect

None. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal or usage data. Specifically:

• We do not collect contacts, location, device identifiers, or usage analytics.
• We do not use cookies, advertising IDs, or third-party trackers.
• We do not require an account, sign-in, or any registration.

Player names — and, if you choose to add one, a player photo — are held only temporarily in the app's memory for that session, never leave your device, are never uploaded anywhere, and are gone when you close the app.

Player Photos (Optional)

You can optionally attach a photo to a player when setting up a table, shown next to their name during play and on the leaderboard. Adding a photo is entirely optional and only affects how the app looks on your own screen — nothing is uploaded, transmitted, or stored beyond the current session.

Tapping the photo button hands off to your device's own camera or photo picker — the app itself does not access the camera hardware directly and requests no camera permission. If you take a screenshot of the app to share a game's results with friends, any photos visible in that screenshot are of course included, since a screenshot is your device capturing what's on screen — the app has no part in that beyond what you can already see.

On-Device Preferences

The app stores a small number of simple preferences locally on your device (using standard browser storage), such as whether you've completed the onboarding tour and whether you've been asked to rate the app. These values never leave your device, contain no personal information, and are never transmitted anywhere.

Network Use

The app runs entirely offline. The only optional network request is to Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) to load display typefaces when an internet connection is available; if offline, the app falls back to system fonts and works normally. No personal data is sent in that request.

Permissions

The app requests no sensitive device permissions — no microphone, location, contacts, or storage access. Adding a player photo hands off to your device's own camera/photo picker rather than the app accessing the camera directly (see "Player Photos" above). The app does hold the standard vibrate permission, used only for the optional haptic buzz on big in-game moments (you can turn this off in Options) — this permission carries no privacy implications and gives the app no access to any data.

Children

The app is a drinking-game companion intended for adults of legal drinking age (18+). It is not directed at children and includes an age confirmation on launch.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same page, with a revised "last updated" date.
